A note from our Editor:
Yes, all of the weeks of planning and preparing are finally over, and it’s nearly Christmas Day.
Whether you’re celebrating quietly at home or have more extravagant plans, I hope that you have a wonderful day filled with love and laughter.
I’ll be heading out for an early morning run and then enjoying a quiet family celebration at home. We’ll have the traditional Christmas dinner of roast turkey with all the trimmings, and I’ll probably have a glass or two of celebratory fizz along the way as well!
I’ll take a few days off to relax and reflect on the past 12 months. Then I’ll get back to work on the exciting new content I have planned for 2026. I have lots of plans and can’t wait to share them with you.
Unfortunately, 2025 has been another stressful year and the future is still uncertain for many people. It’s OK to not feel OK, but if you are worried about something or feeling depressed, please do talk to someone about it.
If you don’t feel able to talk to a friend or relative, there are dedicated helplines and online webchats which can offer support. People are ready to listen and you are not alone – Click here for a list of support helplines
