Once you’ve made or bought and written your cards and wrapped your Christmas gifts, you might need a little help from the Royal Mail to get them to their destination.
So here are the last dates for posting items at the Post Office for UK delivery as well as selected overseas services.
If possible, it’s a good idea to try to get your cards and parcels in the post ahead of the dates below, especially if you’re sending them overseas.

- 18th December 2024 – 2nd Class, 2nd Class Signed For
- 20th December 2024 – 1st Class, 1st Class Signed For, Royal Mail Tracked 48®*
- 21st December 2024 – Royal Mail Tracked 24®*

- 27th November 2024 – Airmail to Operational HM Forces
