Then i put on my big fleecy hoodie and cuddle up with my husband and dog on sofa with low lighting and a funny film, my favourite is Withnail and I , best watched with a glass of something nice or a hot chocolate with all the extras dependent on whether its a school night ! And some lovely chocolates, i always eat healthily in January especially, but this is a pamper and need choccy for that !

Some self care I love to put on a pampering face mask whilst watching the tv or on the laptop on an evening and let it work it’s magic on my skin. For a bit of extra tlc then I put an overnight one on and put oil through my hair to deep condition it.

A good leg message and pamper. I tend to forget to take care of my legs during winter time. Less moisturising and hair removal, so it’s nice to make them glow again! ✨
