We’ve sampled many of bakerdays’ delicious Letterbox cakes over the years. These little cakes are just big enough for 2 or 3 slices (ok, 2…) and because they’re packed so cleverly, they slip easily through the letterbox of anyone who lucky enough to be sent one.
